Jackie Stewart's 27th & last GP victory.
At the Nürburgring, Stewart finished 1.6 sec ahead of teammate François Cevert in a Tyrrell 1-2 at the German GP. Cevert achieving the last of 13 World Championship podiums. Jacky Ickx was 3rd in a one-off McLaren drive.
