@f1throughtheyears.bsky.social posted:Manfred Winkelhock (RAM-Hart-03) took part in his 47th & last Grand Prix, retiring (engine) on lap 8. Sadly, Winkelhock would lose his life just 8 days later, a day after being seriously injured during the 1000 km of Mosport.
